who we are

We're followers of Jesus committed to loving God and all people. Our faith community seeks to build up God's kingdom through daily living, public witness, active support of the people and practices of the church, and spiritual growth as disciples of Christ.

We believe that:

  • everyone is welcome

  • no human is illegal

  • love is love

  • science is real

  • doubts are healthy

  • women's rights are human rights

  • black lives matter

  • justice is love

  • peace is possible

  • non-violence works

  • Jesus told us to love our enemies

  • Christianity = compassion

...and a whole lot more besides.

A good summary of our beliefs is the call of God to

"Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God." Micah 6:8
